If you feel like you were wrongfully banned then copy the format here and make a new topic following the correct format. If any of the moderators/admins/owner feels that you appeal is good then you will either be let off with a warning or no warning. Sometimes you will have to serve a one day ban, this all depends on what you were banned for.
