Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

• Spam or repeated messages is not allowed.
• Advertising another server will get you Permanently banned with no appeal.
• No discrimination, harassment or flaming is allowed. So treat others the way you would like to be treated!
• Do not ask the admins for spawned items or enchantments!
• Do not ask to be an admin or an op!
• Do not disrespect the admins this may result in a ban.

• You must follow your town’s rules, if you break the town rules you may either be kicked from town or banned from the server.
• Building or destroying in a town without the Mayor’s permissions will result in a ban.
• Stealing from chests or furnaces is not allowed and will result in a ban.
• Griefing is not allowed in towns!
• Do not create a town within 200-250 blocks from another town or make a peace treaty!
• When a town falls into ruin, you may not grief the town till the 2 day time period is up! This allows the Mayors to come on and claim the towns again!
• Griefing town ruins is frowned upon but you cannot be punished for it.

• You may build what ever you like in the wilderness.
• You may grief in the wilderness without punishments.
• You are allowed to steal from the chests and furnaces as long as they are not locked.
• Do not destroy the villages as they are the homes of the Villagers.

• All Moderators & Admins must treat the players fairly!
• Do not spawn items for the players or enchant the items.
• Do not grant players more money then they already have. This is unfair to newer players.
• Do not ban a player without a reason, when banning the player permanently please put a reason after the players name so that they know why there were banned.
• Do not use your WorldEdit permissions to flatten land for the players for free!

• Hacking, scamming or phishing is strictly forbidden!
• If you are caught exploiting a glitch or any type of bug, you will suffer punishment. Report to a Moderator or Admin if you believe you have found a glitch or bug, you will be rewarded!
• Do not use client mod’s to give you an unfair advantages!
• If caught using Xray or any other type of Xray you will be punished severely!

• Do not use your donator perks during a fight! This may result in you losing the perks.
• When donating please enter your full MineCraft name and make sure there is no mistakes!
• No matter how much you have donated the rules of the server will still apply to you.
• You are not entitled to a refund, so do not open a PayPal dispute stating that you did not get what you payed for. What you will receive is in-game perks, titles and currency for what you donated!
• All donations go towards upgrading the server and paying for the server monthly fees as well as other upgrades!

• No discrimination, harassment or flaming is allowed. So treat others the way you would like to be treated!
• Do not start drama or cause fights.
• Do not disrespect the admins this may result in a ban.
• Spam or repeated messages is not allowed.
• Do not advertise another server this will result in a ban for your forum account!
